The Villa is in Rawai on a hillside overlooking the sea with
expansive views of offshore islands. The lot is over 7,000
square meters surrounded by forest in a quiet area with
no adjacent neighbors.

The Villa comprises 4 main buildings (all with sea views),
and a total of 4 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. Two
buildings have 2 bedrooms each all with on-suite
bathrooms, king size beds, smart/cable TVs, air
conditioning and floor fans. Two of the bedrooms include
additional fold out double beds and there are also 2 single
fold out beds providing sleeping for a total of 14 people.
The central building includes living/dining/ bar areas,
bathroom, smart/cable TV, Klipsch powered speakers
(with bluetooth), air conditioning, well equipped indoor
and outdoor kitchens, 2 refrigerators and a separate
freezer, and 2 espresso machines.

The 4th building includes an office room with Polk
bluetooth speaker, and TV room with smart/cable TV, a
Bose surround sound system, air conditioning, and a
bathroom.

There is a 15m pool with jacuzzi, sun beds, umbrellas,
bean bags and nearby separate bathroom and outdoor
shower. Near the pool is a big outdoor seating/dining
area with a canopy and BBQ. Down some stairs is a large
sauna room, pool table, and exercise bike. There is
plenty of parking space.

The Villa includes a staff quarters building, guard house
with 24/7 guard service, internal phone system, and free
Wi-Fi throughout. Organic fruit and vegetables are grown
on the property that guests may use when available.

A 20m yacht is available for charter to go island cruising,
snorkeling, and game fishing. Guests renting the Villa for
1 month are eligible for 1 free day on the yacht and for
those staying 10 days a 50% discount if offered off the
regular rate for 1 trip. The boat is a five-time winner of the
Phuket International Sportfishing Tournament.

Shops, restaurants, and bars in the Chalong/Rawai areas
are within a 5 minute drive, including Tesco, Makro,
Supercheap, and Villa Market/Home Pro Village, whilst
Kata and Nai Harn beach areas are about a 10 minute
drive. The American Kickboxing Association facilities are
close by.
