The Villa opens on a spacious, bright and well-ventilated 70 sqm room in the middle of which sets a central kitchen unit made of a 3.5 metre granit countertop.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with induction stove tops, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, hot and cold purifier, kitchenware and table decorations. Next to the kitchen, the laundry room contains a washing machine, drinks cabinet and linens.The living and the dining room
The living and the dining room offer a panoramic view on the hinterland hills. Enjoy great time in the spacious covered living room, opened on the outside. The glass table can seat around ten guest. Wide, comfortable modern sofas where you can appreciate wonderful sunsets.
The rooms
The house welcomes up to 8 guests. It includes 4 suites, all fully furnished, modern style with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All rooms have aircon as well as ceiling fan, Smart TV flat screen , mosquito screens, block out curtains. Every room has direct access to the pool, surrounded by a large sunny terrace, with beach chairs.
All TVs are connected with Internet ((SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), Youtube….).
A large selection of movies and TV shows are available without any added surchage.

The swimming pool
The crystal clear pool is 17 metres long by 6 metres wide. The beach chairs can be set up on the first step to enjoy a relaxing sunbath while kids have fun on the second step. The 30°C infinity edge pool is salt-based. By night, underwater light colors changed via wifi.
Located in the very coveted Rawai Beach – Nai Harn, south of Phuket island. It lies in a peaceful residential area, minutes away from several beaches including the idyllic Nai Harn beach, and Rawai Center. Close to small shops, banks, restaurants and bars, the Villa is also the perfect link to nearby islands such as Koh Phi Phi or Ko Racha.
– The safety gate is auto closing and auto locking
– Gardening and pool maintenance twice a week
– House cleaning service, 2 hours a day (or on demand), except on Sundays. It includes change of linens and towels every three days. The house lady can understand and speak English. Very trustworthy and discrete.
– On demand, a cook can offer local and international dishes as well as specific requests.
